Family governance, between tradition and modernism

A limited partnership

Banque Delubac & Cie is a limited partnership (société en commandite simple). The managing partners embody the governance of the Group through the initiative and the conduct of a long-term visionary policy. The managing partners are jointly and severally liable on their own property. The absence of shareholders or pension funds allows independence and freedom of decision.

This particular model provides our clients and partners with quality services through controlled risk management. A guarantee of confidence, independence and durability.

The reunion of two families

Since 1988, the bank has been run by two families: the Delubac family and the Bialkiewicz family. It is one of the last family banking institutions in France. Since its creation in Le Cheylard in Ardèche, the bank has proudly cultivated its difference. It draws its identity and primary strength from the combination of modernity and tradition.
